Michelle Murphy BSc DC MMCA

Michelle graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic Oxford in 2001. Her interest in chiropractic was sparked following childbirth when she found herself unable to walk. Chiropractic treatment resolved the problem completely and she was so impressed that she vowed that one day she would undertake the arduous training to become a chiropractor herself.

She started her practice in a small room in her own home in 2001, progressed to having outbuildings converted to provide a two room clinic setting and more recently relocated to new commercial premises in Pipistrelle Drive Market Bosworth.

In addition to McTimoney chiropractic Michelle uses acupuncture, ultrasound and massage therapies to enhance her treatment.

She has a personal interest in Pilates and Yoga and swims three or four times a week. She lives in the village of Market Bosworth with her husband and two sons.

Patrick Peace BRCP IIHHT

Patrick has been involved in various aspects of health, exercise and body work since 1995. He has gained a wealth of experience from working at Champneys Springs, one of the UK’s leading health farms in the East Midlands and the prestigious Branston Golf and Country Club as well as various complementary therapy centres in Leicestershire. His long list of skills includes:

- Sports and remedial massage
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Ultasound therapy
- Personal training
- Pilates (class and one to one instruction)
- Reflexology

From 1997 to 2002 Patrick trained in the Korean martial art Tai Kwon Do, taking part in demonstrations, competitions and events. He continues to be keen on exercise and has interests in gardening and first aid. He works part time at Bosworth Chiropractic clinic, does mobile visits as well as running a clinic from his home in Measham.

Reception

Liz Pickering

Liz has been with Bosworth Chiropractic for five years and is responsible for all the administration duties at the clinic. Her duties range from making appointments, managing the diary, receiving patients both new and existing, dealing with queries and day to day running of the clinic and, not forgetting, the all important self crafted reception flower arrangement! Her previous background included being a legal secretary in her home town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. She is professional and acts with discretion at all times and is an invaluable asset to the clinic.
